By access management we do not mean the classic administration of accesses with any system, but the systematic, rule-based and automated determination and control of (access) authorizations in buildings, areas and rooms – regardless of which access systems, which manufacturers and which technologies (e.g. online, offline, RFID, biometrics, mechanical systems, depot systems, etc.) you have in use.

For us, access management means that access authorizations are granted and revoked completely automatically on the basis of facts and rules if this is necessary due to organizational circumstances and changes (employee changes department, area of responsibility, function or change of use of rooms, change of security policy, changes in security technology, etc.). > Learn more!

The web-based Human Resource (HR) software can be easily integrated into all system environments. For authenticated users, the application is therefore accessible from any workstation, mobile or via stationary computers, without additional installation effort.

All typical processes in the area of time and attendance and working time management are made available to your employees through the self-service application .WTIME.
