VISIT_Reception view

The Reception view is designed for the receptionist and allows them to perform the visitor management activities relevant to them with just a few clicks. By default, the reception view displays all expected visitors in relation to today and the selected reception. The action menu can be used to filter for arrivals or departures or to register a spontaneous visitor, among other things. In the overview below, the expected visitors are displayed – here you can also search or filter for specific entries. By clicking on the button on the far right, the “Logon/Logoff” dialog opens.
