Receptionists can use this dialog to register visitors directly without making an appointment. Within the quick registration there is the possibility to choose an event type as well as to specify the duration, the supervisor and the topic of the event. The mandatory data required for this can be defined on a company-specific basis. As soon as a visitor has been added, the actions relevant to the registration are visible and the registration process can be carried out quickly and easily.
